Step 3: The Master Mold

We create the master mold using silicone rubber and a fiberglass mold. Next, we pour jacket polyester resin into the mold to create the mannequin head.

Once the resin hardens, we remove the mold and correct any imperfections. The eyes, ears and nose are drilled out, and excess resin is removed from the neck.
